The fourth annual PixelPop Festival takes place at the St. Louis University Busch Student Center this upcoming weekend, August 5th and 6th. Tickets are still available and can be ordered on the PixelPop Festival website, and pre-registering saves you five bucks!

The list of speakers and talks for this year’s festival has been posted for Saturday and Sunday. For brief bios on each speaker, this page on the PixelPop Festival site has them to satisfy your curiosity!

Of course, what is a gaming show without games to play! It’d be like a flight without a complementary bag of peanuts! To further add to your PixelPop Festival 2017 experience, the festival floor will be a showcase of game creator talent in all forms–be it digital, tabletop, experimental, or anything else in the realm of interactive engagement. Additionally, for those who aren’t exhibitors at this year’s PixelPop Festival, the St. Louis Game Developer Co-op will have our own booth and table at this year’s PixelPop Festival that will feature demos of games in-progress or already finished from members of the community. Regardless, whether you wish to demo or not, don’t be shy–stop by our booth and say “hi”!

Finally, after the first day of festivities concludes, PixelPop Festival and the St. Louis Game Developer Co-op are joining forces with an after party, hosted by Vito’s Sicilian Pizzeria & Ristorante, an approximately five minute walk from the PixelPop venue. Complementary hors d’oeuvres will be served from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and a cash bar will also be available.
